Built for durability, it is a complete, pre-engineered system for climate-controlled, interior storage units. It is ideal for new construction or retrofit applications, and it has everything you need to create a secure, economical storage space.

The 10 Parts to the Wayne Dalton Interior Door System
Part 1

Wayne Dalton Mod-U-Wall™

The Wayne Dalton Mod-U-Wall^™ has a corrugated 26-gauge panel, and it can be used as a divider partition inside each unit or as a hallway panel to keep costs at a minimum. Mod-U-Wall^™divider partitions interlock without the use of exposed screws. Angle and channel are included.

Part 2

Wayne Dalton Roll-Up Doors

Wayne Dalton Roll-Up Doors come in models DS75 & DS100. These mini roll-up doors are manufactured from 26-gauge galvanized steel, primed then finished with high gloss, silicone polyester paint. They are available in 21 colors.

Part 3

Wayne Dalton Roll-Up Frame Trim System (Standard)

The Wayne Dalton Roll-Up Frame Trim System comes with 20-gauge roll-up frames featuring 2″ returns maximize space and are designed for strength to accept models DS75 & DS100 mini roll-up doors.

Part 4

Wayne Dalton Flush & Corrugated Filler Panels

Filler panels for the Wayne Dalton Interior Door System are available in flush 20-gauge or 26-gauge corrugated material. They are engineered to enclose the area above the door and complement the interior system to provide a secure, contemporary look.

Part 5

Wayne Dalton Cor-O-Wall™

The Wayne Dalton flush 20-gauge hallway panel is manufactured in 12″ wide, interlocking panels, and engineered so that screws are not exposed. Cor-O-Wall^™panels provide maximum security and are easy to keep clean.

Part 6

Wayne Dalton Burglar Bars

The Wayne Dalton Interior Door System has 20-gauge channels that can be installed above the storage unit as an alternative to wire mesh. The Burglar bars are installed 8″ on center and provide security between each unit and above the hallway.

Part 7

Wayne Dalton Cor-O-Door™ & Locker Door

The Wayne Dalton Cor-O-Door^™ & Locker Doors are manufactured with an extruded aluminum frame. Mitered corners in the frame and the cross brace on the back of the door add strength to the swing door. Cor-O-Door^™ frame and header are manufactured from 20-gauge steel and are custom built to the height required in the hallway.

Part 8

Wayne Dalton Corner Guards and Kick Plates

The Wayne Dalton Interior System includes Corner Guards to protect the exposed corners in a hallway. They are available in 20-gauge galvanized steel and aluminum diamond plate and come as high as 10 feet.

We also install Kick Plates at the bottom of the hallway to prevent damage caused by tenants moving in and out of the storage unit. Kick plates are available in 20-gauge galvanized steel and aluminum diamond plate.

Part 9

Wayne Dalton Wire Mesh

The Wayne Dalton Wire Mesh available with their Interior Door System is a low cost, yet highly effective method of securing contents while allowing ventilation and lighting inside each unit.

Part 10

Wayne Dalton Soffit

The Wayne Dalton Interior System comes with Soffit, a manufactured piece of equipment that can be installed above the hallway. Soffit supplies an attachment point for hallway lighting, provides security above the storage unit, and completes the interior system.
