Waid Cressy founded Cressy Door Company in 1952. Mr. Cressy hired one employee and put his dream in motion, to provide the best quality garage door products and exceptional service to Seattle area residents. In 1974 Mr. Cressy sold the business to Fred Witters who carried on the Cressy Door Legacy.
In 1995 the next generation Witters, Rick, purchased the company from his dad. Rick has steadily grown the business and currently employees over forty staff members and boasts exceptional product lines that now includes fireplaces. In 1998 Rick expanded the business and added a Kent location.
To this day, Cressy Door and Fireplace has an outstanding reputation for being a community leader and providing quality products and exceptional service. They are proud to provide 24 hour emergency service to all their customers.
